🧭 Action Flow
- Pre-brief (10): Roles, safety/tikanga, karakia. Remind hygiene and boundaries. Review checklist + risk brief.
- Action (30-45): Clean-up/planting/signage. Evidence collectors take 3 photos/quotes/data notes using evidence sheet.
- Pack down (5): Gear check, rubbish removed, thanks/karakia.
- Back in class (15): Add evidence to posters; write 2-3 bullets of “what we did.” Add one community quote if gathered.
- Reflection (10): Use reflection prompts individually; note one next action beyond the unit.
- Celebrate (5): Gallery walk or shout-outs.
